I want to thank you for arranging our trip and I already recommending others to go to you. My relative Mr. Rafique already called you from New York. Mr. Mohamed Tawfik in Madina and Mr. Gamal in Mekkah provide us excellent services I want to thanks them. They worked so hard to make our journey and our staying in makkah and Madina comfortable.May Allah bless them. I am looking forward for next one if Allah allow me inshallah.This time it was too short. Hotel accommodation was very good but Madina hotel was better than Makkah one but both hotels are good.
Transportation was excellent and Mazarat.No one should go to Umra for less then 10 days.We made a mistake going for five days.
But upon arrival at Jaddah after check out from customs a young man ask me our passport and when I ask who are you at that time a man next to him showing a piece of paper written " Dar El Salam" and he told me that they need to photo copy. I gave our passports than some one told me they do not need photo copy. After some times I found our passport with another group of people setting in a corner of the building. I was in a panic. Reception at Jaddah was not so professional.After all everything
went very well.
